Club4ce is a mobile application for managing sports clubs. It allows clubs to organize teams, members, coaches, training sessions, and matches.
Access to the app is invitation-only. Accounts are created by club administrators or coaches. Members activate their account after receiving an invitation.
The app is intended for internal club communication and organization.

Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Club4ce collects and uses personal data. It matches the conditions shown in the app (Paramètres → Conditions générales).
1. Data collected and use
The Club4ce app collects only the data necessary for its operation: profile information (first and last name), team and role data (player, coach, administrator), event history (matches, training sessions), event participation, contact details (email, phone), year of birth, notification preferences.
Your data is used exclusively for managing teams and events and sending relevant notifications.
2. Storage and security
Your data is stored securely: encryption of data in transit, secure authentication via email and password, access restricted according to your role, automatic backup, compliance with security standards.
3. Sharing and deletion of data
Your data is never shared with third parties: no sale, no sharing with commercial partners, access limited to your role permissions, strict confidentiality.
When your account is closed, all your personal data is permanently deleted.
4. Right to erasure
You have the right to erasure of your personal data. You can request account deletion by emailing support@club4ce.com or by contacting a club administrator.

Use of the service
Club4ce is an invitation-only service for sports club management. You may use the app only if you have been invited by a club administrator or coach and have activated your account.
Acceptable use
You must use the app for internal club communication and organization only. You may not use it for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. The data practices described there are the same as those shown in the app (Paramètres → Conditions générales): data collected and use, storage and security, no sharing with third parties, permanent deletion on account closure, and your right to erasure.
Account termination
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support (see Support). When your account is closed, all your personal data is permanently deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
